TONY WELCHANS – Principal
Tony brings over 22 years of sales and marketing experience to OnCall Global. Formerly a Vice President for Grace Marketing and Integrity Sales Solutions, Tony managed key client relationships with major clients including Unisys, Motorola, Spherion, Misys, Acxiom, Hyland Software, and many others. He directed successful business-to-business marketing campaigns as project manager for a wide variety of companies, particularly those with challenging value propositions, reaching the highest level executives in order to position clients in an optimally consultative role. Prior to this, Tony spent more than 15 years in the healthcare sector, successfully partnering with hundreds of hospitals and medical groups to develop and execute physician recruitment and retention strategies, establish new medical practices, and facilitating practice acquisition and transition.

JIM FEDER – Principal
Jim possesses more than twenty years of major account development experience. Since 1997, he has delivered pipeline development innovation to a diverse client base serving the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Jim's operational philosophy holds that "... our client's sales cycles can be collapsed by deploying unique subject matter expertise early in the account development process. By investing resources in this manner, our clients are received as a productivity expert. As such, trusted advisor status is achieved quickly."
With this philosophy, Jim has procured, managed, and executed over thirty five profitable business development initiatives and client relationships including Mitrix, Inc (a Mitsui USA Group Company), Acsis, Inc, Menlo Worldwide Trade Services (now UPS-Supply Chain Services), TNT Logistics North America , and Davis Inotek Labs. MIKE DEWEES – Principal
Mike is an award-winning, senior sales professional with a 20-year track record of solutions selling success with expensive, complex systems. Mike has "lived the life" of a successful direct and channel sales professional, meeting and exceeding annual quotas in excess of $1 million dollars in both the healthcare and information technologies markets. Mike's real world experience has contributed to numerous successful new business development campaigns for clients like Compaq, Bayer Healthcare, Deloitte and Touche, IBM, Misys Healthcare, H/P, Pitney Bowes, PSS World Medical, Motorola, The Newman Group, Textron and dozens of other firms... resulting in millions of dollars in closed business.
Previously, Mike was Vice President of Sales for ISSI, a regional IT systems integrator and has broad experience with all varieties of enterprise IT systems. Prior to joining ISSI, he spent 16 years with the Diagnostics Division of Bayer, Inc. in a variety of progressively responsible sales, marketing, channel management and training roles. During his tenure with Bayer, Mike was a multi-year National sales award honoree and was instrumental in the development of some of Bayer's most innovative territory manager coaching and dealer development programs.

CHRIS GILES – VP of Sales
Chris bring more than 20 years of real-world sales experience to bear as he works with OnCall Global Marketing’s clients. An accomplished professional and seasoned sales veteran, Chris has broad experience across a variety of industries including banking and financial services, manufacturing and emerging company’s business development programs. Chris holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
